Richard heads up marketing communications agency We Are Resource's creative and strategic offering.

With a strong passion for brand building, Richard works in a close and consultative capacity with clients to deliver creative solutions to their unique challenges.

Richard has been working with household brands across multiple sectors for over 20 years. Richard is a creative thinker and has enjoyed award winning success with the likes of William Hill, Asda, and LNER whilst also helping a range of new start-ups to develop their brand and story.

Richard is also a guest lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University, where he teaches brand advocacy and strategy to business school undergraduates.
