Marina Lumley Course director, CIM

Marina is a leadership and team coach and behavioural change consultant working with teams and organisations to unlock greater business performance and employee satisfaction. She holds an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change and is an APMG Change Management Practitioner.

Marina has worked with dozens of leadership teams and marketing departments in the last 15 years, having previously been a board director of a communications agency.

For CIM, she is the course director of the Managing and Influencing Stakeholders training course, a programme designed to help marketers improve their impact by creating deeper levels of engagement, dialogue and collaboration with stakeholders.
