    Now, more so than at any time before, marketers need to understand how to achieve the lawful, profitable and ethical use of personal data. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is one of the most important pieces of legislation to affect marketers, globally. This course will look at the implementation of the GDPR, how to protect your company from litigation and fines and as a result, build more successful and profitable marketing campaigns.

    • Email, SMS and direct mail campaigns: build better opt-in lists, understand the soft opt-in and how B2B differs from B2C
