    Many new managers suffer stress and disillusionment in the first few months in their appointment due to lack of skills. The course will remove this concern and provide your organisation with newly inspired leaders who understand how to direct their teams and build group synergy. This course will develop the skills and confidence you need to work effectively with your team and deal impartially with difficult situations. For team leaders attending, this course helps you recognise your skills in an organised and professional way.

    Dylis Guyan

    Prior to Dylis setting up her own consultancy in 2000, she enjoyed senior management positions for 13 years in the corporate world, Where she won numerous awards for people development, as well as qualifying for 12 international conferences. Since then she has worked across the globe with leadership teams from International Companies, helping them to be more effective, successful leaders. Key clients include; Barclays Bank, Barclaycard, Aviva, Zurich, Thornton’s PLC, The Post Office, HSBC, Royal Mail and many more SME businesses. She is also a guest lecturer at Said Business School, part of Oxford University delivering both Sales and Leadership programmes.
